I work with families, partners, and individuals at all stages of life. I offer services in English and Spanish, am LGBTQIA+ affirming and specialize in life transitions, anxiety, grief, and relational health.

DBT is a structured therapeutic model that offers concrete skills to support us in navigating our inner worlds and relations, especially helpful in moments of emotional volatility or interpersonal stress.
